If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, abuse, intimidate, or harm others, including through threats or hateful content.
• Engage in, promote, or facilitate any sexual content or conduct without clear, affirmative consent. Non-consensual sexual activity or content of any kind is strictly prohibited.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App's security or availability.

If you purchase a subscription, fees and billing terms will be presented at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the instructions provided in the App or the applicable app store.

ZapIt and its content, features, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
