ZapIt (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a medication scheduling and reminder application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

  • Personal & Health Data: We do not collect, store, or process the medication names, schedules, notes, or any personal information you enter in the App. Your data stays on your device.
  • Crash Analytics (App Health Only): We use crash analytics tools (e.g., Crashlytics or a similar provider) to receive non-identifying technical information such as device model, OS version, app version, and crash logs. This helps us find and fix bugs and improve reliability. We do not use analytics for advertising or cross-app tracking.

3. How We Use Information

  • Monitor app stability and diagnose crashes or errors.
  • Improve performance, reliability, and user experience.

We do not build user profiles, sell data, or run targeted ads.

4. Data Sharing

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade any data.
  • Crash analytics providers process technical logs solely to help us support the App and are bound by their own privacy terms.

5. Your Choices

Because we do not collect personal data, no account or in-app opt-out is required. If you prefer not to share crash data, you can disable analytics/crash reporting at the device or OS level where supported.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited technical information processed through crash analytics. Medication schedules and reminders remain on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our App is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

8. International Users

If you access the App from outside your country, be aware that technical crash data may be processed by our analytics provider in other jurisdictions. We only transmit non-identifying technical information for the purpose of app health.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective Date” above and, where required, provide additional notice within the App.
